There are two options for manually specifying the bevel gear geometry:
- Specification of reference profile data: dedendum coefficient, addendum coefficient, addendum modification coefficient, and tooth thickness modification factor
- Specification of implemented gearing data: tip angle, root angle, tooth thickness (as mean normal tooth thickness, mean transverse tooth thickness, or mean normal tooth tip thickness), outer dedendum, and outer addendum
